      I wish to thank you if you contacted me after reading about my series of June disasters to ask how I was doing. Everything is back to normal--my eyesight is great again, and Raiyne, our trans bunny, is doing the usual cute tricks. (See video at end). I write 'trans' because the pet shop told us it was a boy; then its first vet told us it was a girl; and then eight months later, when I turned him upside down, I decided he was definitely a boy. 

      Since visiting Japan next year feels close, I am leisurely rereading The Tale of Genji, the 1,000-page novel written  by Murasaki Shikibu, a court noblewoman, who wrote at the beginning of the 11th century. Reading it helps to understand  modern Japanese culture, which has roots in the Kyoto imperial court of that time.

      The expansion of Seraphim Blueprint worldwide continues. There are now fifteen U.S. states with active Seraphim Blueprint Teachers, including the newest ones in bold, New York, Illinois. Utah, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Nevada, Maryland, North Carolina, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, and Washington,  Also, we now have two Teachers in London, as  Özlem Harmandagli has moved with her family from Cyprus to London. We have a new Teacher, Dilsat Pinar, in Stockholm, Sweden.  Grace Anglade in Paris is putting the final touches on French  course notes. And Thanapon Chaivanichakul, a top scuba diver in Thailand, is spreading Seraphim Blueprint energies under water. (See his story below)

      Registration for the Seraphim Blueprint Festival In Yokohama, Japan is now open for those living outside of Japan! (See special article following)  If you have been reading previous announcements, you know there are to be three “Modules”, with Module A and C being optional tours before, and after, the weekend Festival (Module B). Only Seraphim Blueprint students/Teachers may attend Festival activities, but if you are accompanied by other family members, or friends, who are not practitioners, you can arrange for separate travel and accommodations. And yes, Japan has a few VRBO rentals in Yokohama.

 The Seraphim Blueprint Festival is to be held the weekend of November 14^th-15^th, 2020 on the 25th floor of the Landmark Tower.

                   Japan Festival Update

       There are a total of 96 places available for the weekend Festival (Module B). Because of limited seating, we are giving overseas attendees the first chance to register, and request that Japanese participants wait until March 15, 2020. Only  foreign participants who have first registered for Module B can apply to attend Modules A and/or C tours, before and after the weekend Festival.  

       Thus, if you are a Seraphim Blueprint student, or Teacher, living outside of Japan, you can register starting today at the super, early-bird discount rate of ¥16,500 ($153.00), which includes lunch on both days. (Although this fee is nonrefundable, if you need to cancel, you will have the option to sell your ticket to someone else.) We are giving a special discount to foreign attendees considering the expenses involved in traveling to, and staying, in Japan. This special rate is from now until midnight March 14, 2020.  From March 15 until May 31^st the early-bird fee will be ¥22,000 ($203) for everyone (including Japanese), and after that until the end of October, the fee will be ¥30,000 ($277) for everyone, including all taxes.

Module A (Week Tour--Kanazawa/Kyoto)

     Ruth plans to give 20 foreign participants a first-class experience of rural and traditional Japan the week leading up to the Festival. This will go along with travel by Shinkansen (bullet train) between Tokyo and Kanazawa, Kanazawa and Kyoto, and return to Yokohama from Kyoto, each segment taking about two hours. The train roundtrip cost is around $300, and stays at traditional Japanese inns and hot spring resorts will be at least $120 per person, per night, for six nights which normally includes dinner and breakfast. Ruth will accept registration for this module beginning January 15^th, 2020.  Total allowance for this module will range between $1,500 - $3,000 depending upon hotel accommodations. Module C (Tokyo Area Day Tours)

    The number of participants on these tours can vary daily, as you can choose one or more days to participate. Also, Japanese students are welcome to join. Alex Brandin is organizing an affordable tour of some well-known sights in and around Tokyo, and to explore both, the historic, traditional aspects, as well as modern aspects of Japanese culture.

    Japan, in general, and Tokyo especially, are expensive destinations. We strive to find the cheapest options for the best experiences. This Module is created for participants who enjoy walking and are interested in being active while exploring the sights. Each day includes significant walking distances that require you to be mobile, and have some stamina. Participants who prefer bus tours can still choose to stay with our group at the same hotel in Tokyo, but they need to book their own bus tours independently. There are many, very nice day trips offered from Tokyo with English-speaking tour guides.

Thursday 11/19/2020-  Whole-day trip to Mount Takao - Japan's most visited mountain, train ride, lift ride, walking tour in beautiful nature (4.7 km / 2.9 mile easy paved trails, but a few stairs to climb) optional visit of various ancient shrines and temples. If weather permits there will be a stunning view of Mount Fuji from the top of Mt Takao. Possibly seeing sunset close to Mt.  Thanapon’s Healing of Orphaned Sea Mammals

 [From the Bangkok Post: “Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya has named a baby dugong found washed ashore at Bo Muang Beach in Krabi on July 1, "Jamil"."The name means 'handsome man of the sea' in the Yawi language," said Jatuporn Buruspat, Director-General of the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources."]

 Seraphim Blueprint student Thanapon Chaivanichakul gives us his first-hand account:

    "I was given the opportunity to work with either a baby whale, or a baby dugong. I first volunteered to look after the stranded baby Dwarf Sperm Whale named 'Hope'. I knew of 'Jamil' the dugong baby, but I thought that working with a baby whale would be a rarer opportunity than working with a dugong. I had to choose, as they carry different strands of bacteria that cannot be mixed with each other. So, if I touched a whale, I would not be able to touch a dugong right away.    

     First I used the SerAqua energy of Quantum Hyper Communication to communicate with the Seraphim of the sea, as a way to be accepted by them.  After I felt accepted, I kept using SerAqua: Quantum Hyper Communication to communicate with the guardian angel of 'Hope', the baby whale. During each activation, I cried and cried for no reason. I didn't understand why. I discovered the reason the next morning before I arrived at Phuket Marine Biological Centre (PMBC) that 'Hope' had passed away during the night. So as fate would have it, I was destined all along to work with, and look after, 'Jamil' the baby boy Dugong. 

      Jamil, was stranded without his mother on July 1, 2019, in Krabi, in the southern part of Thailand. He was estimated to be only three months old at the time. The marine vet theorized that a wild adult male dugong chased away the baby in order to mate with his mother. Usually, a baby dugong stays with their mom until 18 months old, so he was very young to be away from his mother. The team of marine vets discovered that he developed signs of stress and infections when they found him. Earlier, this year another baby girl Dugong 'Marium' was stranded. Her condition was quite healthy. The official decided to rehabilitate her in the open sea with 24/7 care. With Jamil stranded, the team of volunteers and marine vets now split into two teams, a 4-hour drive away from each other.  

    When I first arrived at PMBC, I felt a heaviness in the air and realized that many marine animals had died in the area. So I activated the Enlightening Earthbound Animal Spirits right away to lift the feeling in the air. A new volunteer had to be quarantined for contact disease 2-3 days before entering the rehabilitation pool. During, the quarantine I visited the poolside and activated the Guardian Presence along with SerAqua: Quantum Hyper Communication to establish a psychic connection between myself and Jamil. I also activated Planetary Healing so I was able to communicate with animals, the guardian angels of animals, Gaia, and Seraphim of the Ocean. Due to a lack of volunteer rotation, I was allowed to enter  the pool within 36 hours after my arrival. It was love at first sight. Jamil came to investigate me on his own, and gave me a hug. This was a surprise to one of the vets also in the pool, waiting to teach me the ropes. He said that usually it can take many days for Jamil to be comfortable with a new volunteer.

     I am an experienced scuba diver. I have been experimenting and activating energies in undersea water for almost a year now. This would be a whole other story on its own. So as a scuba diver, I am very adapted to cold temperature water. So each day, I stayed with Jamil for 4-6 hours at a time. This also relieved other volunteers from their duties in the water. The head of the marine vets noticed that Jamil was very comfortable  around me. So I asked to be with him when he received  blood tests, an ultrasound and many other activities. I was able to get him to come to me by calling his name, just as any cat or dog would do. I could take him for a swim before and after his meals. He loved to turn upside down and have me scratch his tummy. He would use his fin to hold my hand in place at times. I would visit him to give him a pat before I went to bed. Another experienced volunteer commented that she noticed that Jamil reacted to my voice and my hands more than to other volunteers.

     On Aug 17, Marium passed away. The following day after Marium died, during my day 5 with Jamil around 8 pm, Jamil developed symptoms of bloating.  Being so young, he was not able to burp on his own. The vet started to give him medicine while I started adding more SerAqua energies into the water. I gave him all the healing energies that I could think of. I even stayed up one night to expand the Co-Creation energies channel with Alex via Zoom. Due to the gas in his stomach he was unable to sink underwater to sleep. He must have been so depressed being unable to sleep at least 30 hours continuously. I was guided to hold his heart against mine, just as a mother would hold their baby to sleep. I was able to bring Jamil to sleep for the first time during his sickness for about 4 hours. Aug 23 PM, I was in the pool with two other vets. Jamil burped as I asked him to. I knew that he understood me, the vets thought it was a mere coincidence. So I had him burp a total of six times in a row. By then, I became known as the "Dugong Whisperer" in the team. [Later, when I was able to talk with a sea turtle too, they changed my title to "The Sea Whisperer".] By now, he had been sick for five days and it worsened each day.  

   On August 24 in the early morning, I visited Jamil before my flight back to Bangkok for a business meeting. I was supposed to stay overnight in Bangkok before returning to Jamil the next day. After I said "See you soon" he went into  shock. I stayed as long as I could. While I drove to the airport, tears came from nowhere. I just knew that it was almost the end of his time on Earth. So I prayed, and I dedicated all of the good karma deeds I had done, so if he were to cross over, it would carry him to better realms and dimensions. I was told he was still hanging on when I arrived at the airport. I changed my flight right away to return to Phuket  the same day. That afternoon, he was admitted for an operation in a human hospital so we could remove the indigestion that caused the bloating. After the operation, he went into another shock. One of the vets told me that Jamil hanged on for a very long time. The vet really believed that Jamil was doing his best to wait for my return. However, he crossed over as I boarded the plane back. I gave him a flower before we carried him to perform an autopsy.

    Until this very day, anytime I do good karma I still think of Jamil. Jamil will remain forever in my heart. It was a very special ten days of my life. I am very grateful for Seraphim Blueprint energies especially Planetary Healing, Seraphim Aqua Dynamics, Guardians of Gaia and Co-Creation with Gaia. I would not be able to have had this amazing opportunity without them. I am looking forward to other missions in the future. One day, when I become a Seraphim Blueprint teacher, I will have many stories and experiences to share with my students.  I have decided to return to PMBC every other month to work with many stranded  Sea Turtles who are in rehab at the centre. 

[Note: Alex did mention that he felt that Marium and Jamil are soulmates. He felt that Jamil could feel that Marium had crossed over. So he followed. Alex mentioned that if Marium were to be within the same vicinity of Jamil, both of them would still be alive today. The team of marine vets also agreed on this. Marium was actually about to be transferred from the open sea to the rehab pool. However, due to stress she didn't last any longer for us to transport her to the pool at PMBC.]"

The 2020 Short Story Seraphic Prize

In November of 2020, the second Seraphic Prize will be awarded to members of the general public who compose the best spiritual short story (fictional account), or non-fiction account, with the optional mention of angels.  Seraphim Alliance will then publish a collection of up to fifteen stories in a volume to be published in 2021.

Individual entries are limited to 3,333 words, which is a little more than thirteen pages, of 250 words per page.

• Seraphic Prize Awards are announced at the Triennial Seraphim Blueprint Festivals. The 2020 Seraphic Prize will be awarded at the Yokohama Festival on November 15th

• First prize is $1,000, plus publication
